The recipient (receiver) of the message will be notified via the display screens distributed within the venue and can access messages from the Message Collection point or from any of the message stations provided. Every area of the screen can be customised and branded per zone of the venue, which provides endless sponsorship options. Generic or very specific messages (such as programme changes, last minute notices, etc.) can be displayed per area of the venue, alternating as desired with the list of recipients that should collect their messages.

Corporate edition - includes the option of one stand-alone machine to your registration network for this edition. This option offers a low budget solution with the versatility to adapt to most situations

Enterprise edition - Mailbox facilities allows participants to collect or input their own messages from any available point on the network

Enterprise advanced edition - Intranet and Internet facilities that allow people outside the conference network to leave messages for participants via the Internet from anywhere in the world
