On-line payment is available and payment conditions are project independent, allowing the organiser to request a percentage, a fixed fee or no-payment depending on the event rules. Reserved text or exhibitor logo can be automatically assigned to the relevant area after booking is approved. Main sponsors or "big players" can be pre-booked (depending on the exhibition rules)

In case they want to book the relevant space, by clicking on the link a predefined form will open up for booking.

After having booked the space a new set of forms with the tecnical manual will be displayed. This set of forms will contain all forms (i.e. furniture, electrical needs, computers, shell scheme, etc) previously defined by the organisers.
